We heard Italians didn't have snow this year and they where very sad about that. Here many of us were sad about having snow, because when it melts streets are very wet. Or if it's just 0 degrees, we'll be wet anyway. I personally like snow very much, but I understand them who don't. All in all snow was one of the first things we talked about when we started get to know each other.
It has been very nice to familiarize Italians and some of their habits, hobbies and other interests. For example: they have school on Saturday too -we don't and they eat dinner about 2-3 hours later than we. Still we have a lot in common with my host and it was very funny to notice that.
Our trip to Italy starts next Sunday and we are all so exited: today at school we started to be very nervous -in a good way of course! We wait impatiently to see Italians and if we have got them right, they have same enthusiasm as we do.
