Ingredients:
- 500 g savoiardi
- 500 g mascarpone
- 6 eggs
- 12 coffee cups
- cocoa
- 200 g
How to make:
1)
divide the egg whites from the yolks , add the egg yolks and half the
sugar mounted together until you get a nice mixture is light , fluffy
and creamy.
2) Add
the mascarpone to the yolks , beat the egg whites and when they are
semi-mounted add the remaining sugar and continue beating . Add the egg
whites to the yolks , sugar and mascarpone
3) Spread
the mascarpone on the baking sheet , pass the biscuits in the coffee
but do not soak them too much, then place them in the pan
4) Spread
the mascarpone over the ladyfingers and cover with another layer of
ladyfingers soaked in coffee and sprinkle the cocoa powder over .
Refrigerate for a few hours
